At the start of the new year, Transfar Synthetic Material proactively advanced work on safe production and convened the first on-site all-staff safety meeting of 2025 in the large conference room on the 4th floor of the Dispatching Center to reinforce the priority of safety.
At the meeting, the EHS Department reported the status of safe production and gave feedback on the implementation of rationalization proposals. The Director of the Manufacturing Center arranged specific safe production tasks and clarified key points for all links. The Chief Safety Officer and General Manager put forward respective work requirements, setting the direction for safety management throughout the year.
Wang Changyin, General Manager, emphasized at the meeting: We shall review and summarize safety work in 2024 with comprehensive sorting conducted by each team. 2025 is designated as the Year of Safety Management Capacity Improvement. All departments and teams need to define improvement targets and approaches, complete the review of 2024 work and planning for 2025, and ensure unified action. He issued multiple work arrangements: First, production will continue through the Spring Festival. The EHS Department shall coordinate manpower, materials and shift schedules and strengthen safety supervision. Second, all staff shall actively participate in the safety knowledge contest organized by the Party, Trade Union and Youth League to improve theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Third, the Administrative Office shall tackle leakages, implement anti-freezing & anti-condensation measures and guarantee staff warmth. Employees may report dormitory-related issues through formal channels. Fourth, employees shall conduct self-reflection, cherish opportunities provided by the company and strengthen self-management.
“I am an employee of Transfar Group, and the primary person responsible for safe production at my post!” As the solemn safety pledge echoed once again in the venue, it was far more than a slogan — it represented the firm commitment deep in every employee’s heart.
